Job Title: INSIDE SALES

Description: What You Will Do- • Efficiently manage multiple customer accounts and track progress of manufacturing purchase orders. • You will be responsible for internal customer service, assisting customers with technical product information, domestic and international quote preparation and sales order updates. • Collaborate with engineering, production and management to facilitate new programs. • Support and interact with our many sales representatives and technical staff. • Prioritize responses to customer requests and/or concerns. • Ensures customer documentation is complete and accurate before handoff; so that product development and production are successful and exceed customer’s satisfaction. • Review letters of credit and export licenses. • Maintain and communicate accurate sales reporting.

Required Experience: What You Need to Apply- • Must be a team player, providing professional, courteous assistance in all facets of customer service. Prior customer support experience required. • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, as well as strong people skills. • You need excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, and to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Must be self motivated to set priorities and manage workload. • You must have a positive attitude, be highly energetic, quick to learn and you must show innovative customer service skills. • Bachelors Degree • MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point experience
